A waitress in Oregon received a shocking “tip” from a couple in Oregon last week.
The two patrons, Ryan Bensen, 40, and Erica Manley, 37, were dining out at The Twisted Fish Steakhouse when they decided to leave their waitress an envelope marked with a question mark full of crystal meth in lieu of a tip.
When the waitress realized what the couple had left her she immediately called 911.
“I think the waitress was stunned and probably offended that somebody would think she was a user of a methamphetamine,” Seaside’s Police Chief later told the Daily News.
When the police arrived at the restaurant Bensen and Manley were still there. Once they were arrested police found even more meth in Manley’s purse.
The couples car and hotel room were searched where they found the two were running a meth lab in a nearby hotel room.
